Zoom Vantage partnered with an audio visual company and collectively they established a transformation plan that would see a 5,000 seat hockey arena convert into a whimsical gathering space to host the event gala. From mood lighting to draping to sheer swoosh coverings, for the first time, the Essar Centre became a magical venue to host the City’s 2,500 delegates to a sit-down four course meal. As a result of its success, the City has vowed to use this model for future event hosting opportunities.
