Special Event: CARHA Hockey World Cup

Scope: To encourage spectator involvement for an international sporting event, a Canadian city sought to create a connection between its local community and the participating athletes.

Solution:

Zoom Vantage became the marketing arm for the CARHA Hockey World Cup; an international hockey event organized every four years in a select Canadiancity. With the goal of increased local community engagement, Zoom Vantage facilitated an integrated media campaign that featured an emotive video to attract spectators and fans, created an Adopt A Team model to involve local school boards and developed an Opening Ceremonies Parade concept that included cultural facets from the Host City, event participants and local representatives resulting in the streets lined with excited faces cheering on as the procession rolled through.
